The 1^st Aigio International Short Film Festival “Thodoros Angelopoulos” is coming from 14 to 19 June 2022 at the yard of Polykentro Conference Centre!

Aspiring to introduce Aigialeia to the world of cinematography and attract people from the film industry, the Festival is held in a region that has gone down in cultural history as a field of action and shooting for the great director Thodoros Angelopoulos.

Τhe two international programs (Narrative, Documentary) will host short films from all over the world, whereas the National Student program will offer a glimpse of the work of young creators!

A one-day event dedicated to Location Scouting will also take place to showcase the merits of Aigialeia as a potential shooting location. Masterclasses, tributes, and special screenings are at the heart of planning the Aigio Film Festival.
